Michelle Pfeiffer hosts the Pink Party ’12 in Santa Monica, CA at Hangar 8, on Saturday, October 27, 2012. In its eighth season, this celebrity attended charity event raises money for cancer research. Founded by Elyse Walker and co-sponsored by Cedars-Sinai Hospital this benefits the Cedars-Sinai women’s cancer program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute.
This is one of the few times where fashion meets philanthropy. After the auction to raise funds for the Cancer Institute, a series of fashion runway shows commenced: Barbara Bui, Kelly Wearstler, Valentino, Chloe, Brunello Cucinello, KaufmanFranco, Stella McCartney, and J. Mendel. These shows are presented below in the same order.
