Hollywood Doll Style Fashion Week LA

Mar 21, 2013

Kaya Jones, one of the lead singers from the Pussycat Dolls, and Traver Rains, co-founder of Heatherette, brought the flavor and dazzle of candy colored dresses and outfits to the runway at Style Fashion Week LA with their fairytale girls clothing line called Hollywood Doll.  The candy colored, Barbie styled dresses and accessories made these young girls look fashionable while retaining a strikingly delicious child’s flair.  The Los Angeles candy store, Sweet, at Hollywood and Highland, will be carrying some of the Hollywood Doll inspired candies.  As Kaya Jones, said in the interview below, the collection had some magic in it…perhaps because some of the dresses remind us of the candies from the movie Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. This collection used tulle fabrics, bright colors, youthful styling, and is must see and must have for the girls ages 2-10 that want to look like their favorite Barbie doll. –Amber Wyrick
